By providing these services by telephone, Internet and in-person (in select markets), we offer your clients a flexible, prompt and efficient method for obtaining their certificates of participation in both the pre-filing counseling and pre-discharge education programs.

To further streamline the process, we offer direct attorney billing, a convenient payment method for your clients’ counseling and education programs. Since Money Management International does not accept personal checks, cash or credit cards from consumers, the direct attorney billing program has been created to simplify the billing process and provide you with verification of services rendered. In addition to the direct billing process, MMI can electronically distribute the certificates of participation for both the pre-filing counseling and pre-discharge education.
